Funny Dog Pictures
For Pet Lovers of all ages

Laughter is the best medicine! Funny dog pictures are a great way to remind us to chuckle at our pets now and then. If you're a dog lover, you've probably taken a few funny pictures of your own dogs over the years. Now you can enjoy someone else's, too.

With a little inspiration, perhaps you'll get a few great ideas for another fun photography session with your dog. With some patience and props, you can take fantastic and funny dog pictures of your own pets without any fancy equipment.

If you'd love to find a great Halloween Costume - or funny dog clothes for any time of year, check out the dog costumes page!

If your dog takes himself more seriously, perhaps a Dog Portrait would be more to his liking.

Anyway, please enjoy these funny dog pictures, and PLEASE send us your own funny dog pictures! Contact me using this form.

Here are some great tips to take funny pictures of your own!

1) Have a camera convenient around the house... You never know when your dog will strike a killer pose

2) Take lots of pictures. Sometimes it's hard to catch the dog at the peak of hilarity. Take the picture you THINK you see, and then take some more as the antics continue!

3) Have a helper. If one person plays with your dog while another snaps photos, the dog will relax and feel comfortable with his usual clowning!

4) Go on location. When is your dog funny? Figure that out and you'll know where to go to get great pictures. Take him to the park, visiting small children (if he's good with them), or exploring new surroundings.

5) Use props. Sometimes just regular old Rover can look especially funny when surrounded by the right props. Big bold colors work well in photography. Think of floppy hats, toys, costumes, etc. that you can incorporate into a funny picture!

Funny Dog Pictures Video
I have just made a tribute video for Kera, who is going back to guide dog school. It's a spirited little 2-minute muscial review of some of our fun times together. Please check out the funny puppy video and let me know what you think!
